Skincare routines has become increasingly important in recent years, with a plethora of products now available to customers. However even with the right skincare routine and product you can still make certain mistakes. 

To achieve optimal results, from cleansing to toners, serums, oil to applying of makeup products and beyond, its important to identify, correct and serve these common mistakes breakfast.

Before buying a product, it is important to identify your skin type, consult with experts to determine the best products and routine for you, follow the proper skin care routine, take your time to research and select products that are suitable for your skin type and needs, rather than just buying something because of good online reviews. Remember not everything online can be trusted.

Mistake#2:  skipping sunscreens

 “Sunscreens are for light skin tone, dark skin tones don’t need it” this misconceptions has let many people to skip this important step in skincare.

I know how tiring it can be to take off your specially after a long, hard day or when you’ve spent a lot of money on your products. 

     
However sleeping in your makeup can cause clogged pored, breakouts and lead to dull, lackluster skin. To ensure your skin is free from impurities, try using micellar water or makeup mousse or wipes to quickly and easily remove your makeup.

Your habit and diets can have a significant impact on the health of your skin. Eating vegetables and whole grains can help provide the nutrients your skin needs to look and feel its best.

How ever a diet high in processed foods, sugar, and unhealthy fats can lead to breakouts, inflammation and premature aging. Aim to eat a balanced diet, and if you are struggling to get all nutrients you need, consider taking supplement or talking to a healthcare professional
